The technical problems
So many thing happen lately…changes, business, finance, management and bla….blaa….blaa
What i’m going to write down is probably my working plan a.k.a my reports for things happen lately….maybe I should start from the Company first… Access Alliance n Colour Concept…
These week is probably one of the greatest week ever happen to us, the sales does doing its good…very positive result…n probably the marketing things might be work from the words of mouth amongst the student of UiTM, they do satisfied with the quality+cheap price that we offer…however one thing that make us quite worry is the number of customer comes into Colour Concept..even though the number is quite positive form day to day..but not most of them quite satisfied since they may have to wait for quite few minutes to wait for their printed materials come out from the machine…..This is happen because the printer by technically is already quite slow in term of processing the image /files, as a result peoples have to wait in order to print their materials…..things can happen ever badly if those who just want to print a simple black materials have to wait the earlier person printing materials to be done first…..
In order to tackle out this problem, there are some alternative plan we’re about to make such as ; allocate a budget for the memory, so the printer can process the image faster, put more memory to the computers, and buying another set of printer - the mono laser printer.
However until now, only one action plan can be execute, as its doesn’t cost us much….adding more memory to the PC with a hopes it can helps to process the image faster when sending the file to the printer…regarding to the plan to take another printer probably can only be settle down for the next semester season since the demands for May and June probably is not as good as current month. The plan is to get a good mono-laser printer which can produce same quality at a faster speed and at a lower cost….knowing the cost to owning the printer is quite a burden to us, so we’ve decided to have it in next months….
For the remaining time, an appointment have to be fix with FujiXerox tech person in-charge to help us to sort out this problems….hopeby fix this problem a least can probably make us back on track…..
