My Thoughts On Everything…..

It's all about my jourey and my pursuit to the happyness. In finding my ways to a total freedom. I wish that my life couldn't be any easier than others...For every action, for every reason and for everytime goes by, I always stand out amongst the crowds. Being ordinary is very simple and easy but lame...but being extraordinary it takes more than usual...it's not that simple as much people can see me right now.....Things that makes me difference are;- I Always Try To Upgrade The Value of My Time and I Never Ask "How Much Does It Cost, But How Much Will It Make To Me?" ....

My Complain Letter to the Hosting Company

Dear Sir,

I have an account under your service:  www.allianceofsolution.com.

I have been subscribed to your service for over 2 years. I have been loyal and trust the service provided by you. I even promoted the service to my good colleagues, yet I never received any recognition from your company, but that is not the point.

Eventually, after I’ve renewed my 3rd year of subscription, I noticed that there are lacking in the service and support obtain from your site. I am very disappointed with the service/problems. Among issues faced are:

-          Web hosting lost of connection

-          Email hosting lost of connection

As the result, my clients cannot access my corporate website and cannot send emails to me. This will resulted in a lost on my side!

The feedback from your side is very poor and un-relevant.

Honestly, I’ve been in ICT development for some time, and NEVER I CAME ACCROSS THIS SCENARIO: whereby a hosting company TOTALLY SHUTS DOWN ALL CONNECTIVITY due to backup.

Get real!!!  You’ve should have secondary hard drive running: concurrent with the original system. In addition, should also a regular/periodical backup be carried out!

On behalf of Access Alliance team, I really appreciate if you could advice me on this matter or even provide me with some sort of compensation.

I do look forward on your advice in regards to this matter.

Thank you.

Kind regards

Access Alliance going Green…! - it’s a new business

Huh, it’s not green at all actually…RED is the color…

For the last 3 days I’d just finalize the new business line of the company …we’re about to making an statement that Access Alliance under the new subsidiaries..(or should I call it as a department …because people keep on calling me as a 2 dollars company..so it’s better for me to saying it as a department first…) will venture into an Agriculture business…yes we’re already did it actually……it’s not yet being finalized…but here is the simple briefing about the new projects:-

Project type: - Fertigation Chili as a Contract Farming.

Location: - Banting  (1st phase)….

Location Size: - 10 acres

JV Partner: - Agro Bank & M.O.A

Picture above is just a sample picture….not really ours yet, but anyway currently our tested project (experiment) has been running successfully at Hulu Langat, Selangor….

For the project, we’ll equipped it with a unit of ‘Insect House’, a unit of ‘Water tank’ and ‘Fertilizer Tank’, a guard house, alarm system….etc…

From what I know…from the project manager…Mr. Azraf….there will be 2 harvesting season and based on our calculation that I can’t reveal yet….the expected sales for the 1st year is about to be RM60-70K..Which is good for the newbie’s…But anyway we’ll double up the figure by expanding to another lands lot which is already acquired by us also…The reason why we don’t want to straight away make it as large as we can is because we’re trying to minimize whatever risk that we may have.

This is the only story that I can have for this moment…because this project is still remain beyond question.

What Corporates should know about Online Marketing

The most important function of a website is to help a company to sell their services/products to new clients. When potential new clients/tourists need to choose between two companies with whom they aren’t familiar, they are most likely to compare the websites. This is because a website is almost the only method for a person to actually see beforehand what he/she pays for. In general, more than 90% of these potential new client’s decisions are decided upon the impression that is reflected from the website, regardless of the competence of these companies. The general truth is that most potential clients do not know how to technically compare companies, and therefore trust that the website’s professionalism will reflect the expertise.

Therefore large amounts are invested in corporate website development.

Unfortunately most companies tend to overlook the importance of building a trusted web presence. Without having a web presence with authority almost no new visitors will end up at your website. And since every company wants to expand, they need to focus on improving their web presence in order to increase the chance of getting new customers.

The best and most effective long term solution to increase your web presence is known as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). It is a highly specialized field that focus on improving the amount of trust the rest of the world will have in your website. The more trust you have, the more potential new clients will visit your website daily.

The amount of trust your website has, is most of the time determined by search engines (for example Google, Yahoo, etc.). This is because the search engines have the most advanced mathematical algorithms available today, hence the acronym, SEO. Of all these search engines, the world’s most accepted benchmark of website trust is known as the Google rank (or page rank) of your website. Therefore, if you could increase your Google rank, your number of new visitors to your website will most certainly increase. Read the rest of this entry &raquo

Avoid These 7 Partnership Killers - Mr. Brad Sugars: Startup Basics

Pitfalls abound when entrepreneurs decide to become partners. Know what they are ahead of time so you can set up guidelines that allow people to walk away if things go wrong.

From powerhouse financiers like Kohlberg Kravis Roberts to retailers like Baskin-Robbins to IT pioneers like Hewlett-Packard, business partnerships have been an important part of entrepreneurship and startup success. The reasons are simple: complementary skill sets, shared equipment or expenses, and the idea that one person with “hard” money capital can create synergy with the intellectual capital of another person so both can profit from their venture.

In theory, a partnership is a great way to start in business. In my experience, however, it’s not always the best way for the typical entrepreneur to organize a business.

The tough thing about most partnerships is that they are just like marriages, and if you know anything about those statistics, you know half of all marriages don’t survive. Making a marriage work involves handling a volatile mix of partnership issues: ego, money, stress, monthly overhead and day-to-day expenses. Throw in some employees you must manage, and you have a good idea of the work required to make a business partnership successful.

If you’re thinking about a partnership, consider the following list and avoid the potential pitfalls:

1. Sharing capital instead of expenses: Whenever you share your own capital–be it money, resources, information or property–you automatically give away your enterprise ability. In a perfect world, the person you are partnering with is upright, full of integrity, and not at all tempted to take this gift and run with it as his own. However, the world’s not perfect. So be careful. Instead, work out an arrangement where expenses are shared in an “associative” arrangement. It also makes it easier to walk away if things go wrong.

Six Rules for Leveraging Technology In Your Business

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been really chewing on the following six rules I created that I believe will really help you boost your business. There’s a lot more technology rules and guidelines you need to keep in mind, but these six rules are one’s really dear to my heart.

  • Spend money on your technology as an investment - not as a cost
  • Email is NOT CRM
  • Web 2.0 is no joke
  • Mobile technology empowers small businesses
  • Outsource
  • Don’t technologize a bad business process

Here’s the details:

Spend money on technology as an investment - not as a cost

You spend money on insurance - right? You have a lawyer (most likely) and an accountant (for sure) - right? However, when it comes to spending money on technology, many of you ONLY spend money if you have to. You don’t spend money on technology that you think you don’t need. This is a mistake.

If you are building a business that’s built to last you must think of your technology spending as an investment in how technology can help your business GROW. You must spend money on technology that will help you now and in the future. The right investments in technology will help you save money, save time, do more with lesson and overall grow your business.

Don’t think of where your business is now, but think of where your business will be in 5 years and invest in technology accordingly.
