My Thoughts On Everything…..

It's all about my jourey and my pursuit to the happyness. In finding my ways to a total freedom. I wish that my life couldn't be any easier than others...For every action, for every reason and for everytime goes by, I always stand out amongst the crowds. Being ordinary is very simple and easy but lame...but being extraordinary it takes more than usual...it's not that simple as much people can see me right now.....Things that makes me difference are;- I Always Try To Upgrade The Value of My Time and I Never Ask "How Much Does It Cost, But How Much Will It Make To Me?" ....

Fail to Plan, Plan to Fail

This is one good article form Mr. Kelly Perdew…I found in in Mr. Trump Blog

Mr. Kelly is the winner of Season Two Apperentice TV Show, he’s a god decent ex-military guy who has such an exceptional quality in Leadership….I read a lot about him…especially after his winning season..

THIS ONE IS BIG!!!!  Fail to plan, plan to fail. It is as simple as that.

And by plan, I don’t mean have some idea in your head about your business or your career. When I say plan, I mean have a REAL plan. A written plan . . . that you work on frequently.

People always ask me how to get started on their plan. It is really quite simple. For my planning processes, I like to use what’s called heuristic, or backward, planning. I learned it in the military. Basically, you start with your objective in mind and then work back to where you are now.

Heuristic planning can be distilled down into three basic steps. Let’s take a look at each . . .

Step One: Identify Your Overall Objective

Hopefully, you’ve incorporated your passion into your overall objective. That objective can be anything from getting a job in a new industry or new company to owning a major league sports team. Whatever it may be, just make sure it is something you’re passionate about and that it is defined. Once you’ve identified your overall objective, you can begin the processes of achieving it!

You need to be specific about defining the objective. What constitutes success? How do you define failure? What are all of the components of the objective that you want to achieve? Truly understanding the answers to all of these questions will help you develop your plan more effectively.

Step Two: Determine Intermediate Milestones and Supporting Tasks to Reach Each Milestone

For any objective you identify, there will be many milestones. And for each milestone there will be many supporting tasks. For instance, if your objective is to find a job in a new industry, say real estate, then you’d have many potential milestones that could include:

  1. Obtaining some level of formal or informal education about real estate
  2. Developing an understanding of the different jobs available
  3. Conducting a self-assessment and comparing that to what you’ve learned about the industry to determine the roles for which you’d be best suited; and
  4. Developing a structured network to assist you in finding, closing and excelling in your new job. Read the rest of this entry &raquo

Yes, it is finish already!

Yeah…..finally I’d just did it…after all the difficulty, controversy and not to mention all the silly and funny things happen on the way to RUC’08, i’d just did it…..

Yesterday was a big day to our team….all the rehearsal….all the stupidity happens to all of us….finally we made it. It was a big success to all of us…. even though the saturday-12 Jan was a disaster….but we’d just made it…

Those 3 days lately I just calculated…my total rest (sleeping ) time was all about less than 8 hours…..with only few glasses of drinks and some food now my body has start to deteriorates….feel some headache and back pains I probably need more than just a rest..however with a strong determination to succeed+a lot of miles to the road call happyness, I might need to work it out faster and smarter….

All these 3 days didn’t comes smoothly actually….despite all the problem happens to the Access Alliance, I really need to tanks to my cliques to handle it out…. Start with the planning for my new retails project….the wireless projects and the RUC itself…..it really does make me like a shit.. I mean real shit….

The problem with the new retail project is the financing source hat we may get it is quit crazy a lil bit.the loan interest is quite high…..Just imagine that we need to spend more on interest of the loan….not the loan amount itself lol!

While for the RUC itself we’re quite worry on the payment especially….considering all the commitment that we’d gave it to the event..

Now I’m quite tired already..perhaps we’ll continue the reports about the event soon.

few days more to the big event -RUC’08

at the time I wrote this, I probably was quite sleepy…I  feel damn tired…there are a lor more t be done for the RUC events….not to mention about the number of participants, I’m not being busy on the multimedia & vids presentations…..Luckily, I just discovered one idea/formula that can be very useful to lead for achieving a success with some hacking skill+creative thinking+believe=success!

Yesterday I went to the bed on 4a.m becaue some more works to be done on the video presentation, CAMTASIA STUDIO has made my life a lot easier, with the portable version, it’s just couldn’t get any better than this. All the necessary motivational video + Tun Mahathir vids footage has been successfully edited.

While on the other hand ,I just come back from meeting with one of the FujiXerox distributor, for an enquiry about the A3&A4 color laser printer. There is no doubt that FujiXerox is the serious player in the Laser printer business….

Quite surprised for me to heard about the price = RM25K!, what a wild! To own that machine I’d been told by the reseller about their leasing program, which can cost me about RM800 per month for a period of 3 years, while for the printing cost for every output is quiet not-so-cheap-ooo, coz theyr r using meter style to track down the printing resources.

Now I just leave to Farid n Ewan to figure it out, since all the time of my life has to be devoted to this 13January,2008 event !
