My Thoughts On Everything…..

It's all about my jourey and my pursuit to the happyness. In finding my ways to a total freedom. I wish that my life couldn't be any easier than others...For every action, for every reason and for everytime goes by, I always stand out amongst the crowds. Being ordinary is very simple and easy but lame...but being extraordinary it takes more than usual...it's not that simple as much people can see me right now.....Things that makes me difference are;- I Always Try To Upgrade The Value of My Time and I Never Ask "How Much Does It Cost, But How Much Will It Make To Me?" ....

Avoid These 7 Partnership Killers - Mr. Brad Sugars: Startup Basics

Pitfalls abound when entrepreneurs decide to become partners. Know what they are ahead of time so you can set up guidelines that allow people to walk away if things go wrong.

From powerhouse financiers like Kohlberg Kravis Roberts to retailers like Baskin-Robbins to IT pioneers like Hewlett-Packard, business partnerships have been an important part of entrepreneurship and startup success. The reasons are simple: complementary skill sets, shared equipment or expenses, and the idea that one person with “hard” money capital can create synergy with the intellectual capital of another person so both can profit from their venture.

In theory, a partnership is a great way to start in business. In my experience, however, it’s not always the best way for the typical entrepreneur to organize a business.

The tough thing about most partnerships is that they are just like marriages, and if you know anything about those statistics, you know half of all marriages don’t survive. Making a marriage work involves handling a volatile mix of partnership issues: ego, money, stress, monthly overhead and day-to-day expenses. Throw in some employees you must manage, and you have a good idea of the work required to make a business partnership successful.

If you’re thinking about a partnership, consider the following list and avoid the potential pitfalls:

1. Sharing capital instead of expenses: Whenever you share your own capital–be it money, resources, information or property–you automatically give away your enterprise ability. In a perfect world, the person you are partnering with is upright, full of integrity, and not at all tempted to take this gift and run with it as his own. However, the world’s not perfect. So be careful. Instead, work out an arrangement where expenses are shared in an “associative” arrangement. It also makes it easier to walk away if things go wrong.

The 3 Types of Website Traffic

Where does traffic come from? Now I’m not talking about that stuff we all get stuck in during rush hour. Website traffic is essential, if you have no traffic to your website you are not going to get anyone buying your products or reading your articles. Traffic is one of the key components of your website and is available in these three forms.

1. Pay For It.

You can buy traffic typically using what is known as Pay Per Click advertising. The major names in this market are Google and their AdWords program and Yahoo Network Sponsored Search. There are many smaller companies around also but they all follow the same premise.

You create your account, grab a bunch of keywords and create your adverts. You can define the amount you want to spend per click or per day, what geographical areas you want your adverts to appear in and even what time they should appear.

When someone types one of your keywords into for example Google your advert will be displayed down the right hand side of the natural search results. If the searcher then chooses to click on your advert and gets forwarded to your website you will get charged for that click.

The price you pay for each individual click depends on a variety of conditions such as how many other people are competing on that keyword. The more competition the more it costs to be higher up the ranks. The position you want to occupy. The percentage of people who click on your advert, the list goes on.

Pay Per Click advertising can be very successful but has a steep learning curve, it is essential that you do lots of research into your chosen Pay Per Click vender and in the niche you are in.

The Story of 2day - part 1

Haa…ha…n ha….stupid for me - that’s probably the best word that I can said to describe myself…..I start my day 2day by going to Kajang to fetch my client computer…the computer which actually he bought from me for the last 3 month has went ‘kaput’ already..as a result, my job is to get the PC from him and sent to ACER for a warranty claim….Unluckily..I took almost a day to look out for the purchase receipt of the Acer PC, end up I’m unable to find the receipt….. The weird things is I normally record all the purchase by making a proper filing for every tem I spend at Low Yatt Plaza…but this is very special and rare case that did really happen to me..and I swear it’ll not happen again….

In order for me to cover the mistake..I had to troubleshoot the PC o my own…it’s not that difficult actually..just about 15 minutes only I can know the real problem already…but it’s just me that feels a bit lazy to check it out..but this time is different..I’d just have to do it…so the diagnosis job has conclude, the problem is coming from the mainboard….means change mainboard t fix the problem…..

Here is the pics of the  mainboard that I work on it…..

So the moral of the story, please make sure the filing that I should have is going to be properly monitored to ensure ZERO defect…..huh :p

Meeting with Book Publisher…part 1

I think many already know me as an eBook writer of “How To Fix My Computer”…it’s the eBook that prove to me that I’m not wrong..or can I said that it’s me against the world….ermm no, not the terrorist to fight against the freedom…it’s just me trying to prove those bloody hell IM (Internet Marketer) that they’re actually wrong..many said to me  that eBook in telling people how to fix their own computer is useless since many resources on this topic already available for FREE in the internet for almost a decades ago!

As a liberal thinker..IF i do not try at all so i’ll never now what’s the result…because life is too short and we live only once..i give myself no choice..(just like what I did 3 years back to set up my company…I never give myself an option)..it does apply for this project as well….

1 years ago..back to August 2008, I made myself proud….the GOOGLE NEWS and YAHOO NEWS was the main media that made a cover story about my eBook…and it did making a hit on the Internet especially in US and Canada region….bla…bla…bla….(too many story about it..so i just make it short now….)…

4 months ago I was being approached by most of my contacts and my clients in telling me to give them some sort of manual or book or note on how to fix their own computer without a hassle (actually what they mean, is they’re trying to make it on their own..So they never have to call me…then never have to pay…huh!) …..as a result for the last 4 month incidents…I took a challenge to myself by trying to spend as much time as I can to write something on this Book.. by transforming all the content on the eBook from my Book..In Malay is a challenging..Damn difficult!

When the time has come..Last month I did try to approach the PTS PUBLICATIONS one of the best local book publisher…to speak about my Book manuscript…after email to them my manuscript. The sample version…I wait almost a month to receive their feedback…huh luckily they call me last week to have an appointment about this matter…

Six Rules for Leveraging Technology In Your Business

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been really chewing on the following six rules I created that I believe will really help you boost your business. There’s a lot more technology rules and guidelines you need to keep in mind, but these six rules are one’s really dear to my heart.

  • Spend money on your technology as an investment - not as a cost
  • Email is NOT CRM
  • Web 2.0 is no joke
  • Mobile technology empowers small businesses
  • Outsource
  • Don’t technologize a bad business process

Here’s the details:

Spend money on technology as an investment - not as a cost

You spend money on insurance - right? You have a lawyer (most likely) and an accountant (for sure) - right? However, when it comes to spending money on technology, many of you ONLY spend money if you have to. You don’t spend money on technology that you think you don’t need. This is a mistake.

If you are building a business that’s built to last you must think of your technology spending as an investment in how technology can help your business GROW. You must spend money on technology that will help you now and in the future. The right investments in technology will help you save money, save time, do more with lesson and overall grow your business.

Don’t think of where your business is now, but think of where your business will be in 5 years and invest in technology accordingly.
