Being ordinary is very simple and easy but lame...but being extraordinary it takes more than usual...it's not that simple as much people can see me right now.....Things that makes me difference are;- I Always Try To Upgrade The Value of My Time and I Never Ask "How Much Does It Cost, But How Much Will It Make To Me?" ....

The community project - training@KEMAS




Thanks God (Alhamdulillah) what a tiring day I’ve been went through…Actually I’d just finish one training job…After a few months no training job…this is one final job for this year.

I’d just handling a training on “Basic Computer Maintenance and Troubleshooting Skill” at KEMAS…initially my expectation is the audience is amongst working adults or the KEMAS IT Officer, but then I’d just noticed that the audience is actually amongst school students…huh..I was shocked at that time…is not that I’m afraid…just a little bit of preparation on my part is missing.

But luckily with some helps from KEMAS officer the training run smoothly. Huh I actually have no idea on what to say about the training but this is definitely one crazy thing that I’d never imagine could do. Of course I feel awkward at the first time…Because I couldn’t use my training module…the training setting also has to change…totally changed.

But one thing that I learned from the training is to be really prepare.no matter who’s the audience.

For the students that may have read his blog…first of all I’m feel sorry about the training especially about the training mood….but I really wish all of you the best of lucks in your career undertakings…..If anyone of you guys who like to pursue your career in this ICT fields…maybe you guys can just ring me up…..just want to share some information.

My Complain Letter to the Hosting Company




Dear Sir,

 

I have an account under your service:  www.allianceofsolution.com.

I have been subscribed to your service for over 2 years. I have been loyal and trust the service provided by you. I even promoted the service to my good colleagues, yet I never received any recognition from your company, but that is not the point.

 

Eventually, after I’ve renewed my 3rd year of subscription, I noticed that there are lacking in the service and support obtain from your site. I am very disappointed with the service/problems. Among issues faced are:

-          Web hosting lost of connection

-          Email hosting lost of connection

 

As the result, my clients cannot access my corporate website and cannot send emails to me. This will resulted in a lost on my side!

 

The feedback from your side is very poor and un-relevant.

 

Honestly, I’ve been in ICT development for some time, and NEVER I CAME ACCROSS THIS SCENARIO: whereby a hosting company TOTALLY SHUTS DOWN ALL CONNECTIVITY due to backup.

 

Get real!!!  You’ve should have secondary hard drive running: concurrent with the original system. In addition, should also a regular/periodical backup be carried out!

 

On behalf of Access Alliance team, I really appreciate if you could advice me on this matter or even provide me with some sort of compensation.

I do look forward on your advice in regards to this matter.
