I wish that my life couldn't be any easier than others...For every action, for every reason and for everytime goes by, I always stand out amongst the crowds. Being ordinary is very simple and easy but lame...but being extraordinary it takes more than usual...it's not that simple as much people can see me right now.....Things that makes me difference are;- I Always Try To Upgrade The Value of My Time and I Never Ask "How Much Does It Cost, But How Much Will It Make To Me?" ....

My Complain Letter to the Hosting Company


Dear Sir,

 

I have an account under your service:  www.allianceofsolution.com.

I have been subscribed to your service for over 2 years. I have been loyal and trust the service provided by you. I even promoted the service to my good colleagues, yet I never received any recognition from your company, but that is not the point.

 

Eventually, after I’ve renewed my 3rd year of subscription, I noticed that there are lacking in the service and support obtain from your site. I am very disappointed with the service/problems. Among issues faced are:

-          Web hosting lost of connection

-          Email hosting lost of connection

 

As the result, my clients cannot access my corporate website and cannot send emails to me. This will resulted in a lost on my side!

 

The feedback from your side is very poor and un-relevant.

 

Honestly, I’ve been in ICT development for some time, and NEVER I CAME ACCROSS THIS SCENARIO: whereby a hosting company TOTALLY SHUTS DOWN ALL CONNECTIVITY due to backup.

 

Get real!!!  You’ve should have secondary hard drive running: concurrent with the original system. In addition, should also a regular/periodical backup be carried out!

 

On behalf of Access Alliance team, I really appreciate if you could advice me on this matter or even provide me with some sort of compensation.

I do look forward on your advice in regards to this matter.

    th response is quite fast….now they already upgrade my hosting plan to a better server…which is free.
