My 1st Installations,..an air charger
Finally, I’d just managed to send my car for a first upgrading process…the performance upgrade…definitely from the expert. I never planned for this upgrade but maybe it because I have an extra cash…or maybe because I’m so bored with my engine…or maybe because I’d nothing to do for today…..
Ok the real answer is I’m quite addicted to my car performance….I’d try asking some few friends and also so-called an expert(s)…but it’s a hopeless answer..finally I’d just made myself clear and understand what I really want for my ride;- absolutely a better torque and better mileage….but i must be at a reasonable cost!
So, what I did today is just waiting for my friend to call me to pick him up, and then both of us went to Sunway area…KAITENAZ RACING…that’s the shop!
KAITENAZ RACING is a specialist in engine tuning, their main products are voltage stabilizer, anti-roll body products; KAITENAZ & ULTRA RACING…., and air-charger ha-ha, they also got others product but definitely I just want to highlight my preferred products..at the first time entering the shop, I’m quite amazed with Mr. Nazree, he’s the co-owner of the KAITENAZ RACING, a very nice guy, explaining everything into details, and this made me so confident about what I really want… especially for those using a NATURALLY ASPIRATED ENGINE…
Since I don’t have any picture yet regarding my air-charger, I just can show the image of Air-Charger diagram and some explanations about how it works….
An electric air charger for use with an internal combustion engine, the air charger comprising:
1. A housing having an air inlet, an air outlet substantially axially aligned with the air inlet and adapted to be coupled to the engine, and first and second baffles disposed between the air inlet and the air outlet;
2. An impeller disposed between the baffles and extending radially beyond the baffles for supplying air to the engine; and an electric motor connected to the impeller for controllably rotating the impeller, the motor having a stator and a rotor, the stator being connected to the housing, and the rotor being mounted on the impeller.

The effects after my installations:-
Engine get smoother, the power can hike much faster, better mileage ( I’m working on it, since I need to tune it for myself), better torque and no more engine jerking….
By the way this is my Engine Specs:- Renault D4F 1.2L engine, 4 cylinder SOHC, Multi-point fuel Injection, 74Hp, 105Nm Torque, 0-100 Km/h 12.5s -standard setting….
