My Thoughts On Everything…..

What can I do…it’s already March…with so much to do I is still way far from my target… About my project things that should engaged with MOSTI is still in the process of discussion…I was supposed to getting some good news from my propose-to-be appointed the Technical Partner for the project but yet till today still receive no answer, it’s not a negative answer, just that I haven’t received any answer….maybe I just need a little bit of passion….

But anyway, life goes on…I still got things to do…still have problem to be settle ahead and also still looks for more problem. Huh, as entrepreneur one things that I know is to fix the problem….that’s how I made my living. More problems I solved, the better I am to understand, and also the better money I made….., am I correct.

Speaking about financial situation - I’m still good at it. Not that really good, but at least I still got my 5 figures income into my bank accounts…ok it’s the company accounts. The short term objectives is to ensure that tomorrow I’m going to make a call to the clients and asking about the Purchase Order I’m going to receive…all together is valued at almost RM50K…..I’m pretty much sure that I’m going to have it. No worry, that’s the project value for this month..With thatRM50K, about RM35k is going into my Contractor…and the rest 15K is for the company….not for me.

Speaking about the asset, I’m just waiting for the bank to pump in some cash into my dad accounts….that money, parts of it is going to be invested into my business…just part…Basically, I just doing a refinance into my parents house…it’s my dad idea…the objective is to help him to cover up some of his project…and to strengthen the family finance.

Anyone may not believed that how come 26yrs old dude (it’s me) with a  no proper pay slip can convinced the bank to get a RM200K housing loan…But it’s just happen when I sending my documentation which is my finance statement, the bank already confidence, my housing loan just get passed!…so technically at this stage I’m already own an asset….The reason why my parents did that is quite easy….helping me for my business….and to ensure that the family property should be divided equally if in any case that they’re no longer here…..(this might be difficult to say)..But at least we’re prepared.

I’m still got long way to go…basically in these recent years I just got failed for my another grant application,….it’s the MSC Pre-Seed fund….I’m just guessing that maybe the panel itself is a kind of not-very-intelligent types…..they’re not in a business background, not even in IT fields….that’s what my friend said to me just know.

As a result, now I’m still have to continue my project but this time I have to learn on using my own funding, which is not good at all…As I’m blogging right now, I’m still in a middle of crisis of completing my own projects without an assistance….I hate this time, because this project is going to cost me a lot of time and effort…I did looking for an assistance but no one comes forward, now I know how difficult to find a right assistance…Arrrgghhh feels likes going to have a bungee jumping….I’m so high right now….ok that’s all for today..

Now I know the pain…. and the meaning of…Money can’t buy everything.

Yeah…it’s February 13^th…and I’m still here relaxing…just enjoying my time, watch things happen and changes. ..But too many changes is definitely not a good things. Ok stop, am I just getting bored? Write something stupid…ok now let focus 3x…

By the way It’s never too late for me to say a very good happy new year since my last post on the late 2008…which I’m quite busy…damn busy for a serious business, it’s actually a government funding project, and one thing that I learn is all about commitment…ok stop.

In this post I just want to share my knowledge and experience all about How to Stay on Top in Google and Yahoo…(huh am I just made a ‘self-esteem ‘ statement)… in this case I want to write down about my pilot project on Internet Marketing;- I want to share about how I start, get listed, stayed on top and definitely get the damn money…

1. When I start the project, many said I’m wrong… (Referring to the Internet Marketing fellows)…because my project is too niche, and some more my expertise in computer consider as too many already, so just too conclude; it’s quite impossible for me to get listed.

2. People say the domain name is important, so by trying to get the domain name same with the project title is a good thing that you can try. I did that and it’s works….seriously work. I’m no good at lying but what I said is proven and to be honest that’s also why my project is still on the top.

3. Make it simple, short, and straight forward; on this part what I did is learn from the expert…I just made a copy from the successfully proven, do the refinement accordingly to the project and upload the file, let peoples judge it!

4. Call the expert to assist, many said to be success n Internet Marketing is to trust yourself…use the instinct (pay per click), and test, test, test and learn. But since I’m already copy what the expert been doing, refer to no.3 so what I need is just to call for a help line…I call an expert in PR to help me. As a result I get caught on Yahoo News, Google News and other online PR websites….FREE Traffic, that’s my objective.

5. Waited to get listed…from the day that I send the PR kit to the media..I start to climb…from out-of-a-list to the listed, then move to get listed (I’m in Google & Yahoo already but still hard to be seen), then get into 1^st Page!..Last but not least is now I’m NO. 1 …..And still No.1….(and hopefully can continue…for a longer time). – to get this besides expecting some luck from the PR, what I also did are; by creating a reciprocal links with other websites, it’s a tedious job but thanks to IBP Aerelis software that had made my life easier.

That’s it…a very simple and short story about how I can still can stay on top of Google and Yahoo…no fancy secret, no fancy drama just a story… I just believe in myself, I believe in teamwork but somehow it’s rather to be alone in the wrong company….my attitude had define my altitude success…and now I just prepare for the best in 2009.

But a major blog can simply rewrite the story, with the barest attribution, and receive a significant boost in revenue from the traffic and links it in turn receives—which Google values, and assigns importance to. In many cases, the blog is more important than the source material, according to Google.

That same interconnectedness rapidly disseminates memes, whether they be relatively harmless ones like the “five things you don’t know about me” or more insidious, such as “Al Gore said he invented the Internet.” In the latter case, the only counterattack to a prevalent meme is to start a countermeme. The hope is that it too receives enough attention to warrant a high enough ranking in Google that unbiased observers will see it and make up their own minds.

Likewise, by phrasing the query with the right parameters, a wealth of information can be dug up via Google: unannounced product information hiding on a corporation’s Web site or in government records; a list of John Denver’s albums; credit card numbers; MP3s; legal settlements; photos of Britney Spears; campaign contributions; crime data—the list goes on. It’s all just data; the significance and context is assigned by the user, not Google. And that means the world’s population has realized that the dark side of having such a treasure trove of information at one’s disposal is the realization that your information may be at someone else’s. That, of course, has placed a greater value on privacy.

Thanks God (Alhamdulillah) what a tiring day I’ve been went through…Actually I’d just finish one training job…After a few months no training job…this is one final job for this year.

I’d just handling a training on “Basic Computer Maintenance and Troubleshooting Skill” at KEMAS…initially my expectation is the audience is amongst working adults or the KEMAS IT Officer, but then I’d just noticed that the audience is actually amongst school students…huh..I was shocked at that time…is not that I’m afraid…just a little bit of preparation on my part is missing.

But luckily with some helps from KEMAS officer the training run smoothly. Huh I actually have no idea on what to say about the training but this is definitely one crazy thing that I’d never imagine could do. Of course I feel awkward at the first time…Because I couldn’t use my training module…the training setting also has to change…totally changed.

But one thing that I learned from the training is to be really prepare.no matter who’s the audience.

For the students that may have read his blog…first of all I’m feel sorry about the training especially about the training mood….but I really wish all of you the best of lucks in your career undertakings…..If anyone of you guys who like to pursue your career in this ICT fields…maybe you guys can just ring me up…..just want to share some information.

I have been subscribed to your service for over 2 years. I have been loyal and trust the service provided by you. I even promoted the service to my good colleagues, yet I never received any recognition from your company, but that is not the point.

Eventually, after I’ve renewed my 3^rd year of subscription, I noticed that there are lacking in the service and support obtain from your site. I am very disappointed with the service/problems. Among issues faced are:

-          Web hosting lost of connection

-          Email hosting lost of connection

As the result, my clients cannot access my corporate website and cannot send emails to me. This will resulted in a lost on my side!

The feedback from your side is very poor and un-relevant.

Honestly, I’ve been in ICT development for some time, and NEVER I CAME ACCROSS THIS SCENARIO: whereby a hosting company TOTALLY SHUTS DOWN ALL CONNECTIVITY due to backup.

Get real!!!  You’ve should have secondary hard drive running: concurrent with the original system. In addition, should also a regular/periodical backup be carried out!

On behalf of Access Alliance team, I really appreciate if you could advice me on this matter or even provide me with some sort of compensation.
